- Valid for purchases of all AArav Series LED TVs.
- To avail 3 years warranty, the LED TV needs to be registered at the following website : www.dreamcare.co.in
- The customer needs to submit the following information to register his LED TV for 3 years warranty : Name, Surname, Complete Address (where the LED TV is installed), Contact Number, Email id, LED TV Model Number, LED TV Serial Number, Dealer Name (from where the LED TV is purchased), Dealer Address, LED TV Invoice Number, Invoice Date.
- All the information mentioned in point 3 is necessary for the registration at website : www.dreamcare.co.in ; without this information and the registration, the 3 years warranty will not be applicable on the LED TV.
- Warranty not valid without original invoice and registration.
- Warranty is applicable for 3 years from the date of purchase, provided the LED TV is purchased from an authorised DC dealers in India and the customer would be required to show the original invoice to avail the warranty.
- Any product received as a free gift/in combo offer with the LED TV shall not carry 3 years warranty.
- This 3 years warranty is applicable only for purchase of DC LED TV.
- For availing service assistance, the customer shall register the complaint at the call centre 1800-000-1212. Any change of address must be notified by the customer in advance.
- Every effort would be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown for the equipments, the company however shall not be held responsible for any arising loss.
- The warranty covers only the said equipment, it does not cover any other accessory or equipment connected to it and any defects/damage occurring to them.
- Valid only for residential use. The warranty shall become invalid in the following cases :
- Commercial/community usage.
- Unauthorized re-installation, alteration or modification of the equipment.
- Damages caused by accident, theft, riots, act of god, fire and flood.
- Accidentals or intentional damage of electrical power, inadequate or fluctuating power condition.
- Damages to equipment incurred while moving the equipment from one location or to another or re-installing it after movement.
- Product not being used according to instruction in the User Manual.
- Any repair carried out by person other than authorised DC Service Centre.
- Defects arising due to location/signal reception.
- For any failures, the defective spare shall be replaced with compatible working parts and defective spare shall be the company’s property.
- Any dispute arising out of warranty shall be settled at the Courts of Ahmedabad.
